Small groupe excursion to Castelmola suspended between the sky and the sea above the luxurious town of Taormina: a terrace overlooking both the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna.
Departure for Castelmola in a chaffeur-driven car at 10:00 a.m. and arrival at about 11:00 a.m. An hour can then be spent exploring the narrow alleyways that wind their way through the town towards the main square, revealing the town’s medieval origins.
Departure for Taormina, a renowned centre for elite tourism.
The town’s panoramic position, the beautiful scenery, the artistic and architectural treasures, the vestiges of an ancient history, all add to the uniqueness of the town and make for an unforgettable excursion both in the summer and the winter.
The following four hours can then be spent visiting the pearl of the Mediterranean: ambling gently among the rich variety of local shops and typical cafés and restaurants of Corso Umberto and visiting the ancient Roman Theatre of Taormina with its splendid panoramic view of Mount Etna and the bay of Giardini Naxos.
